A sequential set of co-registration processing steps.

__init__(pipeline)

Instantiate a new processing pipeline.

apply(dem[, transform, crs, resample])	Apply the estimated transform to a DEM.
apply_pts(coords)	Apply the estimated transform to a set of 3D points.
